Thank you for choosing b.AI Juliet. Our mission is simple: transform your ideas into AI-powered interior visualizations, mood boards and videos that help you make better design decisions before investing in your project. To provide you with the best service while protecting both your interests and ours, please read and confirm the following.

Your Project

Your project remains your property. The photos, videos, drawings, floor plans, product references, logos and all other documents you upload belong to you or to the persons or companies who have authorized you to use them.

Your Responsibility

By uploading files, you confirm that:

  • You own the uploaded material or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use it.
  • The uploaded material does not infringe any copyright, trademark, design right, confidentiality agreement or any other intellectual property right.
  • If your files contain identifiable people, you have obtained all necessary permissions required by applicable law.

Our Role

b.AI Juliet is an AI visualization studio. Our role is to process the information you provide and create visual concepts, mood boards and videos according to your instructions. We do not modify ownership of your files. We do not verify the legal ownership of the documents you submit. We rely on the information and permissions confirmed by you.

Confidentiality

Your project is treated as confidential. Unless you expressly authorize us:

  • We will not publish your project.
  • We will not share your files with third parties, except where necessary to perform the requested AI processing.
  • We will not claim ownership of your ideas or designs.

If required, we are happy to work under a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

AI Generated Content

The images and videos produced by b.AI Juliet are creative AI visualizations intended to support design decisions. They are not architectural drawings, engineering documents or construction specifications. Final colours, textures, dimensions and materials should always be validated before production or installation.

Publication

You remain solely responsible for:

  • publishing the generated material;
  • marketing or advertising campaigns;
  • commercial use of the delivered content;
  • ensuring that all necessary rights and permissions have been obtained.

Limitation of Liability

b.AI Juliet cannot be held responsible for:

  • inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client;
  • copyright or intellectual property infringements contained in uploaded files;
  • unauthorized publication or use of the delivered material;
  • decisions taken based on AI-generated visualizations.

  • Your files remain confidential.
  • Your project is processed only for the purpose you requested.

Acceptance

This page sets out the terms of use for b.AI Juliet. By using the service and uploading files, you confirm that you have read and understood this information, that you have the legal right to upload all submitted files, that you authorize b.AI Juliet to process your files to create the requested AI visualizations, and that you accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
