Yes. Every video includes two rounds of revisions. These cover refinements like text, editing, music, and minor design adjustments, and of course anything that is genuinely wrong or technically off. Revisions are not meant for changing the product, the setting, or the entire creative direction, since that means starting the project over. We agree on the creative direction together up front, so the revisions polish the result rather than rebuild it.

A finished, high definition video of your flooring in a realistic setting, ready to share with your clients or teams. You only receive the final video once you have approved it.

Yes. Once delivered, the video is yours to use, share, and publish, as long as you hold the rights to the materials you provided. See our full terms for details.

Yes. The questionnaire guides you through common choices, but every category has a custom option, and you can also choose to trust Juliet's creative direction and let her design it for you.

Photo quality is essential, it is what lets us get your colours, patterns, and textures exactly right. For your product, we need the highest resolution images possible, ideally professional or factory photography rather than phone photos. They should clearly show the full pattern of the flooring, so we can reproduce accurate patterns, shading, and proportions. Multiple high quality product images are best. Photos of the actual space are welcome too, but secondary.

In general, videos are delivered within about 3 days. Larger or subscription projects follow a schedule we agree on together.

Payment is handled directly with Juliet by invoice. There is no automatic online payment in the app, so you are always dealing with a real person.
